Office Hours is hourly advisory in prepaid blocks. Buy a block, draw the hours down as you need them, and take 12 months to use them. No project, no proposal, no procurement cycle.
Office Hours exists for a specific situation: you have real partnership questions and challenges, but you do not need a defined consulting project. Emailed questions, scheduled calls, document reviews, and sounding-board conversations all draw against your block. The block does not expire for 12 months.
We built this layer so that small organizations, single research groups, early-stage startups, and individual partnership officers can reach senior partnership-management expertise without committing to an engagement. Most consulting firms are not interested in this kind of work. We are. It is also the lightest way to find out whether a larger engagement is worth scoping.

When it does not
If the work in front of you is structured enough to scope, a Pre-Scoped Sprint will deliver the same value at a known cost on a known timeline, and the effective hourly rate will be lower. We will tell you that before you buy a block. The block is the most flexible thing we sell; it is rarely the cheapest answer to a problem that already has a name.

3. Andrew follows up to schedule.
Andrew reaches out by email within one business day to introduce himself and get your first session on the calendar. If you already know what you want to use your first hours on, reply to that email with a few lines of context and the first session is more effective.
