What's in the Free plan vs. the Pro trial?

Free is a permanent plan (no card, no expiry). You get profile + discovery, 4 AI matches/week, unlimited Partner Searches, 10 new people messaged/month, 2 active projects, and 250 MB of storage. The 14-day Pro trial is separate: it gives you the full Pro feature set for two weeks so you can exercise Pro-level matching (12 matches/week plus the sub-score breakdown and AI explanations) and the Partnership Pipeline before deciding to subscribe.

How does institutional-seat pricing work?

Institutional plans are billed annually, start at 25 seats (from $4,000/yr), and are priced per seat, with the per-seat rate falling as seat count rises. The table above shows the tiers: $160/seat/yr at 25–75 seats, $125 at 76–200, and $120 at 201+. Every plan includes a 90-day pilot so your team can evaluate before committing.

Can I pay quarterly or annually instead of monthly?

Yes. Pro and Team can be billed monthly, quarterly (20% off the monthly rate), or annually (30% off). Team plans cover 5–25 seats, priced per seat on the same discounts. Institutional plans are billed annually only, starting at 25 seats.

Can I combine the platform with consulting?

Yes. The platform handles day-to-day partnership workflows; our consulting engagements layer on top for strategy, implementation, and change management around the Helikon Method. Engagement models are advisory retainers or scoped implementations. Use the contact form to scope an engagement.

Can I cancel during beta?

Yes. Monthly and quarterly plans can be cancelled at any time and keep paid features through the end of the current billing period. For annual plans or refund situations, reach out via the contact form and we'll work with you. The full pricing and refund policy will be published before general availability; beta users will be notified of any material change at least 30 days in advance.
