What's in the Free plan, and how is Pro different?

Free is a permanent plan: no card, no expiry, and no trial to run out. You get profile + discovery, 4 AI matches/week, unlimited Partner Searches, 10 AI match explanations/month, 10 new people messaged/month, 2 active projects, and 250 MB of storage. Pro ($29/month) raises that to 12 matches/week with unlimited AI explanations, and adds the Partnership Pipeline, private projects and CSV export. You enter a card at checkout and the first period is charged immediately; cancel anytime and you revert to Free with no data lost.

How does institutional-seat pricing work?

Institutional plans are billed annually, start at 25 seats (from $4,000/yr), and are priced per seat, with the per-seat rate falling as seat count rises. The table above shows the tiers: $160/seat/yr at 25–75 seats, $125 at 76–200, and $120 at 201+. Your team can evaluate the platform on the Free plan, which is permanent and needs no card, before committing.

Can I pay quarterly or annually instead of monthly?

Yes. Pro and Team can be billed monthly, quarterly (20% off the monthly rate), or annually (30% off). Team plans cover 5–25 seats, priced per seat on the same discounts. Institutional plans are billed annually only, starting at 25 seats.

Can I combine the platform with consulting?

Yes. The platform handles day-to-day partnership workflows; our consulting engagements layer on top for strategy, implementation, and change management around the Helikon Method. Engagement models are advisory retainers or scoped implementations. Use the contact form to scope an engagement.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time and keep paid features through the end of your current billing period, then revert to Free with no data lost. Annual plans are refundable pro rata within the first 30 days; reach out via the contact form. Section 8 of our Terms of Service has the full policy.
